During creation of a process order, component is displaying correct qty as per BOM, e.g. 100 ML. However, when we release process order and batch determination occurs, the qty is changed to 500 ML.
Testing and investigation has shown this is linked to the alternative UoM in the material master for the component, as the Base UOM is PC. 1 PC = 500 ml.
Amending the conversion to 1 PC = 200 ML then updates the value in the PO to 200 ml, so it appears the system is updating the value in the PO to match 1 PC when batch determination occurs.
How can I stop this so the system takes the qty in the BOM instead?

Thanks, everyone, for your suggestions. The issue turned out to be that as our Base UOM was PC and we have PC set up to not allow demicals, the system was rounding everything up to one full unit.
