Hi
Can anybody tell me what is the difference between +ve time management with clock times and +ve time Management without clock times?
Regards
Rakesh
Hi Rakesh,
For positive time with time events, you use schema TM00. For positive time without time events, you use schema TM04.
You would need to build an interface to bring clock times from time recording system to SAP R/3 in case of +ve time with time events and in case of +ve time without time events, you just require hours to be brought in.
You can refer the below link for integration between time recording system with R/3.
I hope this helps.
Thanks and regards,
Vivek

But to give you a quick answer, positive time is where all time worked has to be entered while negative time is where only exceptions (such as overtime or absences) have to be entered. With clock times means you have to enter time entries (manually or through a Time Entry System), such as time in for work, time out for break, time in after break, time out for lunch, time in after lunch, etc., while without clock times means you only have to enter the number of hours worked.
