Befor sending it to vendor, if you change that is called changes

and if you make change after that then it is called Amendement

As such there is no diffarance between the PO amendment and PO changes. It is only our terminology, but from SAP point of view there is no diffarance. To generate the report on the chenges made to PO, open the PO and go to the menu, where you can find the header changes and item changes, if you explain this to Technical conultant he will develop a program to capture the PO changes

Thanks

But my consultant told me that after taking output from ME9F then all the changes comes under amendment.

Is it so.

u can only make and save the changes in an already saved and released po when u have already taken a printout (ME9F).

It may be like that.

when ever we have already sent a PO to the vendor and if we make the chenges to it and resend it may be called as amendment. Ultimately we are chinging the PO
