Diference between FS10n Vs. FBL3N

Dear all:

I  have a difference with the transaccion FS10N and FBL3n.

When I run the transaction FS10N, I have a balance, but I have not balance in FBL3n. I  tried with all the solutions that I have found in internet, but i can not resolved the issue.

The message say that there is not items for this selection

And, this is in FS10N

There is balance for this account.

do not check the last two options in FBL3N (Apuntes statistical, and preliminary)

As per u are question fs10n using to cheque the coustmer balance where as the fbl3n for the line item of the coustmer balance.
