DI Error: In the "Qty (Inventory UoM)" column, enter a whole number greater than 0

Good afternoon,

Through B1if we create Inventory Entries based on production orders.

Once we create these inventory entries, we face (incidental 5 - 10%) the following issue:

Exception : DI Error: (-5002) 1470000363 - In the "Qty (Inventory UoM)" column, enter a whole number greater than 0

After analyzing all the errors which occur, I'm not able to identify where the problem comes from.

Does anyone know what the actual problem could be?

Hi Radek,

I didn't added the <InventoryQuantity> to the xml.

Hopefully this is causing the problem.

Today/tomorrow I will check if the problem still occurs.

Thanks, kind regards,

Hi Radek,

Sorry for the delay.

At this moment I could confirm that your solution solved the problem.

Adding the <InventoryQuantity> besides the regular Quantity.

Thank you for your solution.

Kind regards,

Hello People,

I'm getting the same error even placing <InventoryQuantity>. What is more weird is that the same message works fine in FlatFile Xml inbound scenario, and fails in WebService Call inbound scenario. Any ideas somebody?

Leo.
