Is there any known problem with the DI and asp, i'm using IIS 5 on Windows 2000 Server and I haven't been able to connect to the DI server. I've been testing this for 2 days already and I need this really fast.

Hello all,

The DI API as it works today is not the best solution for working with IIS.

The BIGS - which is a DI Server feature for version 6.7 will provide

the solution for this kind of add-on.

We really recommend that you wait for version 6.7.

Also please note that Windows 2003 Server for SBO client installations is not officially supported until a future version.

Hi,

We've already got DI Server installed. However, it is not of much use, as there is currently no user manual, reference, code samples or any other form of documentation available - at least not with the version delivered to Finland. It seems that there are also other developers who suffer from the same problem.

Have a look to the following post, where they explain that ASP is not able to work with DI API.

DI API can't be used in ASP development environment.
