Derived Flow assigned to BP but no derived flow generated.

Hallo gurus,

I have assigned an derived flow which is used by product type 51C, to another product type (55E) but I get no derived flows in "Cash Flow" tab.

Should I do something more in order to use an existing derived flow to another product type ???

Thank you,

  • Sofia

Hi,

Also check what PCC the generating flow has. Maybe the step which generate the DBTs are not being carried out.

Hi,Sofia,

IMG Path:FSCM/TRM/Transaction Manager/Money Market/

Trnasaction management/Flow type/Derived Flows/Define Derivation Procedures and Rules

To make sure that confiuration of derivation rlue is completed.

The derived flow is mapping to original flow?

Hallo Louise!

Yes, the derived flow is mapped in the original flow and the rules were copied from an existing rule.

I have noticed that the derived flow only works, if I choose transaction type "100 Investment" and no "200 Borrowing".

Is that correct ???

Derived Flows are working only for investments?

Hi,

Derived Flows are ONLY created, when "activated" in the Standing Instructions of the relevant Business Partner.

Use transaction TBI7 to enable the creation of Derived Flows of a specific product (e.g. only for a specific transaction-type) for the desired BP.

Best regards,

Lorenz
