Hi All,

How we can maintain Dependents ID cards

EG: 2 Children and spouse

How we can do in IT 185?

ALso we need to take a report of Employees/ Dependents and ID cards of EE & Dependents

Infotype 185 is for ID's for the employee himself, there is no connection to infotype 21. What you can do is enhance infotype 21 to gather that information, create an additional field through PM01 and then the information will be store in PA0021.

Kinldy suggest me how we can do without enhancement

Now I m trying using 185 ,

As

ID - Employee

ID Child - 1

ID - Child - 2

ID Spouse

will it work out , kinldy suggest

You can create new subtype for infotype 0185 in table T5R05 and use it associated to the employee, but still you will have no real conection between that record and the infotype 21 record unless you do some coding.
