Delivery

Hi,

I created sales order of 100 qty,and made delivery for 50 qty.

and again i try to create delivery for remaining 50 qty,but here if tried to change remaining 50 qty frm 50 to 100 (i.e if u changed the remaining qty to any other qty) system allows me to do delivery of allowed qty.

I feel its copy control error,pls guide me the solutions for above.

Hi

i have understood your problam if you are doing delivery with ref to same order number more then 50 quantity the system will give error. it will not allow.

when click picking tab picking quantity and delivery quantity should be the same.it will not allow you can't do pgi also.

3) in copy control VTLA item category quantity pos/negitive +_

is there are not please check.

you will get it now

if reward points are there good.

Hi Hemanth,

Yes ,It is relating to copycontrol settings

Go to VTLA transaction select your document types then click on item select your itemcategory then go in to details of that here you can find Pos./neg. quantity field , you maintain this field as "+" - positive then try.

Dear Friend,

Please clear your question If you are trying to do the delivery of the remaning quantities 50 Then in the Picking screen you can only enter value 50 or Less than 50.

In no way the system will allow delivery more than the ordered qunatity,.
