Hi Experts,

   i have a requirement to add material number in the notification mail sent. The business has complained saying they have to open the inspection lot everytime to check check material. Let me know any details on this. i am new to QM . Please advice

Hi ,

If you are using standard workflow for quality notification then we already have the material field in the container for the workflow WS 20000035 . You have to set it active.

You might require a help from technical workflow consultant for setting this in standard or custom workflow.

Hi Tashi,

Try using Follow-up actions to trigger emails against tasks, where you can use your custom FM to pick material number for your inspection lot.
