Define Qualification of position

Dear Experts

I have a problem in defining the qualification of position in organization structure. in ppome i cannot see qualification tab for each position.

in training course which done in IDES system, we could define qualification of any position in ppome. our SAP system is ECC 6.0 EHP 02.

please guide me to solve this problem.

Hi Afshin,

Maybe the configuration for PPOME was different in IDES system.

Please go and check the following configuration step:

SPRO : Personnel management - Organizational management - Hierarchy framework- Integrate new IT - Add IT as tab page in detail area- define you own pages - scenario definition - OME0 - Tab page :

OME0 S QUALI_P 6 SAPLRHQMDETAIL_APPL 0410

Hi,

go to OOQA for creating the qualification catalogue,

Qualification catalogue is a group of qualifications.

go to PPPM and select your position and start assigning these qualifications one by one to your position.

Hi,

Even if you maintain qualification in PPOME screen system automatically takes you to expert mode screen. Hence you can directly maintain qualification thru T Code of PP01 or directly maintain IT0024 in PA30 screen.

Competency/Qualification can be mapped for Position from PPPM(Change Profile) transaction.
