Default condition rec price in PO?

We are maintaining MEK1 condition record with Plant/Vendor/Material.

Initially while creating PO, the condition record price is flown automatically after adaption of PR.

After six month time, now while creating PO, the user PR price is flown which is maintained in Purchase Requisition after PR is adapted, and everytime before PO is saved, we have to do update click in condition tab.

Can this be avoided and need the condition price default to be flown after adaption of PR while creating PO?

Solution found thru OPUV, as we are facing the Project network PR,

Net order price is ticked,hence the PR price is influenced while PO is creating after project network pr is adapted.

Hi,

For a valuated material PR price does not flow to PO. That is merely used for (say PR Release Procedure). This price would be flowing from Purchasing Info Record if valid condition exists or from last PO stored in it.

Hi

You have to delete the existing purchasing info record that is being picked up in PO. Note the info record no and mark it for deletion and then try.

I want to optimise purchase function, looking for automatic condition price flown by default after pr is adapted.

I dont want to delete info record and increase work of purchase guy.

precisely i am looking for default condition price only after pr is adapted, i am looking expert opening at IMG setting or Material master so that POs created based on condition record and not to consider the User Price in PR.

Hi,

If you do not want that the PO takes the price from the PReq, then

you should go to customing OLME > Authorization Management > Define

Function Authorization for Buyers, and for the function authorization

you should NOT set "adopt PO price".

If this is implemented, then I have to have all materials with MEK1 Condition pricing. this applies for all PO created in sap r/3.

we do make pos with mek1 condition price and without ie., manual keying the price while making the PO for material.

pl check your pricing procedure. there will be some manual condition for gross price, PBXX or similar. you should be able to use this condtion for manual price. even if Conditon record is not maintained, the price from earlier PO will fall into this conditon from PIR

My requirement is i want only MEK1 condition price to flow in PO creation time after adapting PR.

also, fyi i am giving my condition settings

img>purchase>conditions>configure condition index>change condition type>

1. pbxx --> access seq - is nill (empty - no value)

manual entries - "C" manual entry has priority

PricingProc -- NIL (empty no value)

2. pb00 - access seq - is 0002 (gross price)

manual entries - is NIL (empty - no value)

PricingProc -- RM0002

i wud like to mention that this issue arised recently (PR price is influence the po Creation), initially when there were no info records, we did not face any issue, only condition price flows in PO header + conditions tab after adapting PR.

Again requirement is PO creation time condition price only has to take, it shud not consider the PR price. The PR price shud be used for only PR release procedure.

PR prices are adopted in the PO since it may be enabled in OMET. Pl read Aswini mayyas' pst in the same thread.

This pr is created through Project System Network, i prefer the settings automatically to work.

any solution for flowing default condition type prices by overwriting the pr prices for materials while making / creating PO by adapting pr?

initially we were very happy ie., year back (mm pricing procedure implemented), where we have testing results that the prices are taken from only condition prices (plan/vendor /material) by default whenever the po is being made, now from last couple of days the while making po, user has to ensure appling Update button incondition tab.

i wud like to inform, recently our abaper has made some zreports for purchase register & payment tracking etc., i am suspecting anything wud have been distributed in MM procedure, experts, please give views.
