Dear Experts ! i am little confused about one thing.

Equipment Validity is just not only a CREATION date of the technical Object in the system and it also checks that maintenance plan should not be created before the Validity FROM date

Today i have created an equipment with validity from date : 20.10.2024( 20th Oct'24), Now i have created a maintenance plan on the equipment with cycle start date 20.8.2024 (20th Aug'24) and it does not give me any error and allow me to created the Mplan on the same

My question is is there any standard check to refrain Maintenance plan to be created of the Equipment itself has a validity later time

Applicability

This functionality not being offered in Floc

data Population

1. By default Current date will appear 2. But you can change it to past date but future date not allowed

Purpose

It’s a date with dictates the date from when the Equipment is ready to undergo maintenance

Restrictions

1. A maintenance plan cant be generated with Equipment validity on date > maintenance plan cycle start date 2. A task list cant be Generated if Equipment validity from date> task list key date

Change Trigger	1.The equipment re-installed from Old superior Floc  to new Floc
	2.Equipment Planner Group got changed
	3.Plant section , Location got changed
	4.Plant got changed
	5.Cost center got changed etc.
