DB Upgrade runs to Error - 9.2 (920.160) PL06 to 10.200 (2208)

During Upgrade from 9.2 PL06 to 10.200 (2208) keep getting error on table SVCLOG. (table has no records)

get the following warnings which we could skip before.

Pre-Upgrade Test Warning (1076082) Unregistered UDTs were found
Pre-Upgrade Test Warning (1076082) Undefined UDFs were found
Pre-Upgrade Test Warning (2948110) The detected compatibility level of the MSSQL database is lower than required.

Noted following error in the Logs

UpgStep-Table Upg ...Failed, error code: -1

Reproduce the issue and please collect logs as per SAP note 2380811 to get detailed error of issue faced.

And create support incident using component SBO-BC-UPG, attach all logs in incident.
