Data Ownership Exceptions

Hi all!

Can you tell me the function of Data Ownership Exceptions. I'm confusing this.

What is desiged for? Can you show me the meaning!

Data Ownership Exceptions are useful when you have the case that the general rule will not apply to specific case.

For example: you can filter by Document Header Owner Only or filter both by header and line owner for various types of documents.

Hi!

How about Excluded Forms tab. When i choose Form Production oder and Filtered By header Owner only.

IS it Production order will be filtered? I am not clear. Because i want authorize for Production Order, user can not view Header of production order.

Data Ownerships are only apply for marketing document now. Production Order is not available yet.
