Data Carrier SAP:SYSTEM not defined Error while attaching document from syclo

Hi,

While I am trying to attach the document from syclo end it's sending an error message data carrier SAP-SYSTEM not defined .but I am able to retrieve and upload the document from DMS end.a

Is any other configuration steps we need to follow for DC20 to store the document from syclo end. we already implemented sap note 2122036  for syclo configuration.

Hi Aniruddha,

In regards to the issue of the storage category being hard-coded to "SAP-SYSTEM", this is a known issue. Please review SAP Note 2298250 to see if this is the problem you're having and if the explained solution could be useful for you.

Hi Christoph,

Thanks for your reply ,after checking the settings we find out there is ane ; was missing while maintain the server path.

so now we are able to attach the jpeg image from syclo end but when we are opening that image from system SAP GUI it's throwing an error message Message No. 26136  file could not be accessed while whatever the images we are uploading from SAP GUI  we are able to access . and when we are uploading document from cyclo lock sign is also open and we are unable to do check in orignal from syclo end.

can you please suggest the cause of error.
