Data Archiving Table OAPRI

Hi,

Does anybody work on setting up the OAPRI Table? Can anybody please let me know which are the fields required for setting up this to get the data from other system?

It's really very urgent and your help will be really appreciate.

Hi Dhaval ,

The following are the field names:

REQUEST_ID, SPOOLID, PJNUMMER, SAP_OBJECT, AR_OBJECT, ARCHIV_ID, DOC_TYPE, MANDANT, REPORT, INFO, ARCTEXT, DATUM, ARCUSER, PRINTER, FORMULAR, ARCHIVPATH.

These are the ones activated in our system.

Hi,

From report we would like to set up like clicking on button the user will get the print out for Vendor Invoices from our third party tool.

so can you please let me know the Print Parameters for the same?

Hi Dhaval,

Once the document is archived... if you are using just the data archiving tool of SAP... its no longer possible to issue a print out of the invoices. In case you require a print - you will have to use other third party tools like PBS...

We encountered the same situation at our client!
