Customize printout format

Can we customize the SO/PO printout report to include change logs down to value level? Our customer does not want general change message, they wants to show the new and old values as well. 

We checked on the Adobe LiveCycle Designer, but seems can not find the change values relevant field can be used? Any standard approach/ workarounds?

If I understood your problem well, you may add custom field to your print form.

Just do the same as in instruction but for your form.

the change log of new and old value should be system standard information instead of custom field. Is it possible to add the detail change logs in custom report on Adobe LiveCycle Designer? Eg. item quantity changed from old value 5 to new value 8
