Customers list in UDF field

Hi Gurus..

I need to add one UDF in Purchase Order. this UDF will contain the list Customers(actually these customers would be parties who will be providing services in term of inspection while purchasining items).

Is it possible to fetch these customer list in this UDF fieild automatically.

Please help me in this..

Hi,

It is possible to fetch customer list into UDF. you need to assign FMS for this field.

Use this query as FMS



SELECT T0.[CardName] FROM OCRD T0 WHERE T0.[CardType] ='C'

This query returns all Customers Name

Hi,

The query for this would be :

SELECT T0.[CardName] FROM OCRD T0 WHERE T0.[CardType] = 'C'.

write this query in query generator and save it.

You need to assign formated search query to this UDF by pressing shift + F2 and select third option button ie search using saved query and assign the above query to this field.

Note: This query will display customer name only in the UDF

Hi Aditi,

SELECT T0.CardName FROM OCRD T0 WHERE T0.CardType like 'C'..

use Shift+F2 to open saved values .
