Has anyone worked on Integration of CS and HR. Apprecate if can provide some light on how this works and what are the starting points.
CS and PM are not part of HR.
its integration is done for booking orders and there times in cats.
There will be a tab in CS called HRMS once the integration is done and they can access the employee for the order booking purpose
The SAP HCM consultant need not do anything in this except for the HCM part and CATS.
