Hello everyone,

I m new in QM . i dont know basic configuration setting for quality notification and process flow of notification for customer complaint without and with return material. Please someone tell me required setting and flow of notification

Hi Jadhav,

The parts coming back from customer for repair or replacement can be brought in with the notification type Q1

Q1 is for customer complaints.It is a standard notification type and hence you don't need any configurations.(Number ranges if you want to separate these notifications from in house and rm complaints)
