Custom Webdynpro template report is not opening

Hi Experts,

I am facing issue with Custom report with Webdynpro template while opening the report.

Error:

500 Internal Server Error

Message E S_PROFGEN_START_AUTH 000 cannot be processed in plugin mode HTTPS

Server time: 2021-02-22 08:49:57

Note: Other colleagues from the same system can able to open and run the report. But i can't.

Please suggest the best way to resolve it.
