Custom Solution to settle planned delivery costs with invoice IDoc

I found a few blogs on this topic but none of those had any solution.

Can anyone help me understand how we can achieve this using user exit EXIT_SAPLMRMH_014 or EXIT_SAPLMRMH_015?

Did you get solution for this planned delivery cost through Exit? I also have the same requirement. Kindly share if you have resolved this issue.
