Custom proforma invoice

User will print Proforma Invoice in Sales Quotation and Sales Order. What is the suggested way to generate new output form and layout of proforma invoice report?

If you want to generate a new template or entirely new output then you can create your own form on Adobe Life Cycle Designer.
