Hello,
I have a question on the key user extensibility / Custom CDS-Views of SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition
To consume Information of Manufacturing Order Operations, we would like to generate an external API via Custom CDS-View Structure on the Data source: I_MfgOrderOperationWithStatus. When we consume the API (in Excel for example) the following runtime Error appears:
When we select just the top ten results of the query, its working. But when we want to get more results, like 100 or 1000 the runtime error appears. Does anyone know what the problem could be?
Here I have some additional Information:
When I select the SAP View I_MfgOrderOperationWithStatus as the Main Data Source in the custom CDS-View the following Log Detail is shown:
Does this mean that we cannot use this data source in an external API scenario? And if it is, can you already see it somewhere in the view-browser on the data source descriptions?
