I assume
When you enter the monthly salary of the Employee all the wage types shd get caluculate and show in the It008 right
Try this
in the Wage Group 008 you will find /TPA wage type that is netiher it adds to Gross or deduction
Copy that wage type and make it as Monthly total pay his salary is 2 lacs per annum so 24000 per month
and for PF and ESI copy the wage type from /TPA
EX let take for PF
and in wage type Characterstics Give INVAL B and in T539J give 12% on Basic salary and use PRZNT
and in V_T7INA9 make it as employee check and least amount as 780Rs
this will suffice your requirment the same logic applies for ESI 4.75%

hi Sikandar,
For the case of HRA i am facing a problem when i am saving against 0581 it the message is coming "No automatic updation for IT0008. Relevant Wagetype not found"...can you say what the reason behind this although i am saving all hra type city category with proper tax code...
Another thing, why the allowance grouping with model wage type has been defined in SAP
What is the reason for using model wage types instead of standard sap '/' wage types. Also if you can elobrate bit more as Sikander said , it would help us to understand the issue with more clarity.
