Cross-Docking in EWM

Is cros-docking avaiiable in s4 hana public cloud with EWM?

I do not see any documentation for it. All I can find is preallocated stock which is not what we are looking to do.

We need to be able allocate material coming intot he warehouse for sales order and pick from the GR-AREA

So on;y preallocated stock is aviable. Is there a better doc. for setting that up for preallocated stock
