Hello,

If you release an order and create the delivery while this release is valid, then the delivery will take over the released credit status. There will not be credit check on the delivery during creation and you will notice that the Overall Credit Status is 'D' = Released.

Documented in SAP Note 718260 - Released documents are still unchecked (Additional comment 2: Check for day of release)
