How to create TO from a TR? Ehich tcode can be used?

Use LT04 if you have TR number or LT06 if you have material docuement,

Hi,

You can also use LB10 / LB11 to get a list about your open/partially processed/processed TRs and after selecting them (open / partially processed) you can process those TRs and get the TOs.
