Creating project version automatically.

Hi all,

I want to create a project version at a particular day of every week. What are the ways to achieve that.

I want to create a version without the version dialogs popping up. (Versions will be automatically incremented).

Is there anybody who has done similar things before? What are the function modules to create a version ?

Hi ahmed and ashok,

I want to write a piece of code which will create project versions, this will then be used to check the status and other project costs. Once certail checks are done only then the versions needs to be created.

Need help on the coding front, FMs/BAPI's used for creating project versions.

My requirement is also same for creating project version and it should disply automatically in the version text box. Are you received any solution on same.

Hi Abhishek,

I think , run batch job for creating project version as per the requirement. For this take program RCNSAVVS ( T-code CN72)
