Create/Update Cost Center master data

Good day,

I am trying to Create/Update Cost Center master data using Service costcentrereplicationbulkrq.

There is a SOAP API available but it has too many fields and cannot get it to work: host:port/sap/bc/srt/scs_ext/sap/costcentrereplicationbulkrq

Please advise if there is a reduced wsdl structure to only cater for the following fields which include custom fields:
Name
Description
Valid From
Valid To
User Responsible
Person Responsible
Department
Cost Center Category.

Alternatively is there an easier way to Create/Update Cost Center master data.

Please try this SAP S/4HANA Cloud API called "Business Partner - Cost Centers" (API endpoint: https://api.sap.com/api/CostCenterAPI/resource).
