Thousands of customers have been migrated without the Role Customer (Fin.Accounting) (FLCU00). We obviously need that Role to be able to add the G/L Account. I was thinking that in Public Cloud this could be done using scope item (1RK) by using the mass load functionality for a record that is already created. Its a simple insert for an already created BP, but when trying to use the mass load functionality system is giving an error saying that the G/L account does not exist(see image below for more details). I have tried it in different environments (Starter and Dev) and error is the same even if the GL accounts are the right ones for each environment.
To be sure I carried a manual simulation with the same GL account and it does create the missing role without any issue. Does it mean that all the missing roles can only be added manually?
I will attach to this thread, the images of the file that I am using to try and do the mass load. BP is already created in the system so I am only including two tabs BUT000 and KNB1.
