Create Recurring Outgoing Invoices in SAP S/4HANA Cloud

My client separate app like "Manage Recurring Supplier Invoices" for outgoing invoice or like in On-premises systems we are able to use one transaction (FBD1) for all types of recurring postings. Please advise its available in public cloud or how we can achieve such requirement.

If you are looking for an APP like FBD1 Enter Recurring Entry in the public cloud, you could use APP Manage Recurring Journal Entries. Check the Fiori library for more details about this APP.

But for posting keys in S4 H on-premise not available & BPs are unable to use.
