Hi all,

I have a question regarding the Create leave request.

I would like to configure the create leave request option in Managers desktop .

Now could you please let me know how do I call the Create leave request Workflow (<b>WS20000081</b>)Or

how can I create the Leave request in WIN CLIENT

[bSolution tried and did not work</b>

I know that there is a TX WS20000081 but this transaction is calling a initial screen which does not look good ??

But in ESS in web client this is working fine .

Please let me know your possible solutions

Thanks in advance .

Hi Ankur,

WS20000081 is meant for ITS and that's why the screen is ugly. You can run the transaction by clicking on continue on the first screen. The next screen is where you fill out all the information. If you want to use this transaction for WIN Client then i would recommend you to rewrite it.

Thanks for the reply .

Well I rewrite means creat the new transaction or create a new program or create the new workflow and the calling logig??

Out of the above solution I had tried recreating a new transaction and it did not work

Bcos then again we need to call the same standard program .

Do you have some other better solution ?

Hi Ankur,

The currently Workflow attached to transaction WS20000081 is triggered by WS20000081. So, if you need to make a copy of the program then you need to do the following.

1. Copy the program to a new program

( I would recommend you to write from scratch)

2. Copy the worfklow to a new workflow

3. Configure the new workflow to get triggered by your new program.

Note: You can configure the existing workflow to get triggered by your new program but it will break your ITS based program that is working already.
