Create Functional Location - ErrorNo IM455(Unit missing in the check table)

Dear All,

While creating Functional Location using T-Code IL01 following error is comming.

Unit missing in the check table

Message no. IM455

Diagnosis

The unit entered is not contained in Table T006.

Procedure

Inform your system administrator.

Hello Prashant,

This error is coming because the unit of measurement in which breakdown duration is calculated in notification and in Plant

Maintenance Information System is maintain in T006 table. It is missing there. Therefore system is not allowing you to even

create the functional location in order to avoid further discrepancies in notification and PMIS reports. System is unable to find

out the dimension (UoM) in which it measure the duration.

It is recommended to use t code CUNI and maintain UoM.
