Costs for SAP Enable Now

Dear Community,

I am currently writing my Master's thesis on the topic "The Role of Organizational Change Management in SAP S/4HANA Transformation." As part of my research, I need to conduct a cost-benefit analysis. Among other things, I am trying to find out the total costs for using SAP Enable Now for a company with 200 employees. The website mentions a cost of 200 euros per employee, but I imagine there might be discounts or even free access when SAP S/4HANA is implemented.

Could anyone provide clarity or share their experience regarding this?

Thank you in advance for your help!

Best regards,
Sandra

Go to store.sap.com, search for "SAP Enable Now", and then click the Buy Now button. That will show you the 'base price' - mine shows US$204. That price will be per user per year. Click the Buy Now button below this price, and on the 'Configure SAP Enable Now' screen you can enter different numbers of licenses and see the total costs. With a bit of trial and error (say, 1,000, 10,000, 50,000) you can work out where the price breaks are. Note that the minimum purchase is 50.

This is for cloud. For on prem it is different. And although a client may be able to negotiate a price, you're unlikely to get anything for free. What you do get for free is the use of SAP Companion (component of SAP Enable Now) to show SAP standard content (only) but no editing or creation capabilities at all.

Hi Sandra,

Pricing is definitely tiered, based on the number of licenses purchased, and is determined using a range of other factors.  Unfortunately, I don't think that there is an easy answer for this question because each set of customer circumstances are different.  If you have found a list price for 200 users I suspect that you will have to base your calculations on that list price.
