Hi Gurus.,

Can any one please send me the configuration doccument which has to be done before KP06 and also doccument on How to upload planning value from Excel-through KP06

Hi,

The steps to be followed for Cost Center Planning using excel upload are as under:

1. Define Plan Versions using transaction code OKEV. Settings are to be made for each fiscal year.

2. Define Planning Layouts using transaction code KP65. You can use SAP standard layout or copy the layout and make changes as per the business requirements. In the layout you can include the columns - Cost Center, Cost Element, Fixed Costs etc.

3. Define User defined Planner Profile using transaction code KP34. Please ensure that you select the check box "Integrated Excel" in the tab Layouts for Controlling. Also enter the file description.

4. Select the planning profile using transaction code KP04.

5. Upload plan data (with excel file) using Transaction code KP24 / KP06.
