Copy source row to more than one target row in the same document

Hi Dear;

how can i copy a row from source document(order or delivery) to more than one row in the same target document (Delivery or invoice)?

ex: i have item A with qty 6 in the A/R delivery with unit price 2$

i want to create an invoice linked to this row but with two rows

1st row with qty 4 and price 2$

2nd row with qty 2 and price 1.5$

if i do this, the source row still open with qty of 2

exp:

i copy the source row to one row in the target document with qty 6, i change the row qty to 4 and then add new row with qty 2

how can i resolve this problem? is there another way to get what i want without errors?

thank you Dear.

Dany,

What you have already tried is the only way to have one target document with 2 lines of the same item with 2 different prices.

Otherwise, you should split the items into 2 lines in the delivery itself, otherwise it will not be possible

Hi Suda;

the problem is that we can't change the delivery when it's done.

if there is no solution for this problem, i think we have send this problem to sap support.

how can we do that?

thank you Suda;

Dany,

You can send this to SAP support but I am not sure if they can help you as this is not a problem issue or bug. This is a special feature that you are looking for which does not make a case.

You can go to https://websmp205.sap-ag.de/sbo-message-old and create a support message
