Copy control routine

Hiya

Could anybody please advise if there is any standard copying routine which doesn't copy from Quotation to order, Instead redetermines the item level / header level data..

Hi,

You have to write New Copy control -Data Transfer Routine to control fields which needs to copied and redetermined.

What do you mean by redetermining. I guess with the right personalization of copy control you should achieve this. Anyway, give us more detail on your question.

Hi Francisco

My requirement is to be able to redetermine some fields in order rather then copying them from Quotation. the standard copy control routine copies all the feilds from quotation to the order as it is. Only if i create an order without reference the determination would happen at the order level.

Hence, when creating a order with reference to an quotation I would like to redetermine certain feilds and not copy them as it is.

Would need further details please let me know.
