COPA - missing Royalty value

Hi All

I am stuck on a COPA issue - where in config i have already mapped the Royalty Condition type to value field KE4i but on the COPA Doc i dont see that value field at all - in config i have 29 value fields, but on my COPA doc i see ONLY 28...

this order had royalty which has hit the correct GL accounts - but it doesnt appear on the COPA docs...

can anyone please help me out of this one

Hi Rukshana,

Please check the costelement category of the GL account. It should be of category 11 or 12. Please go through note 20254 which provides you all the details regarding transfering SD values to COPA.
