Convert plan order to process order from MD04

I am Trying to Convert the Plan Order to Process Order But the System Showing the message 

Enter an order type

Message no. CO022

I am Checking the Configuration Step i think all are Ok but I don't Understand where i missing or mistake,Please Help me for the Solution .

Hello

This is the kind of issue that you can easily find the root cause in debug. When saving the order, you can create a watchpoint for the variable SY-MSGNO and use the number of the message you are facing as a condition. 

System will stop exactly where the error message is triggered, and you should be able to identify what exactly is missing.
