Hello all,

Is it possible to release a planned orders from COOIS?

I cannot see a way to choose a planned order and release it, while I am working in COOIS transaction. At the moment I need to go to MD04 find there the planned order and then release it. So time consuming… I hope there is a way.

looking forward to your reply.

Thank you for visiting SAP Community to get answers to your questions. Since you're asking a question here for the first time, I recommend that you familiarize yourself with Community Q&A , as it provides tips for preparing questions that draw responses from our members.

For example, you can:

- outline what steps you took to find answers (and why they weren't helpful)

- share screenshots of what you've seen/done

- make sure you've applied the appropriate tags

- use a more descriptive subject line.

The more details you provide, the more likely it is that members will be able to respond. Feel free to also take our Q&A tutorial Q&A tutorial

Hello,

What do you mean by release planned order?

Do you mean you want to convert planned order or orders to production order?

If so, use COHV t-code, instead of COOIS. Select first "planned orders" tickbox when run COHV. After that from 2 views "Selection" and "Mass Processing" select mass processing and from the list choose appropriate function e.g. convert, confirmation, etc.

Then go back to the selection screen and choose the range for your planned orders. After that you would be able to process your planned orders in mass mode.

Regards

Piotr

Thank you very much for your reply. We use COHV for massive convertion of planned orders. This is very handy!
