Conversion of Warning message into error message usinfg Tcode CO11n

Hi,

After the final confirmation for a particular order is completed, the

end users are able to revert back the Final confirmation back to

partial confirmation. The system issues a warning message before

changing the type of confirmation from Final confirmation to Partial

Confirmation. The Message class is BS and the message number is 011.

Please suggest for stopping the reversal process. Converting the

warning message to error message might solve. I have also checked the settings in SPRO for message attributes and message control.

Kindly guide me through this.

Hi

Check confirmation parameter setting in SPRO. There we can change the type of error message.

Hi Avinash,

I donot think You can convert all the Warnning messages to an Error message.

Instead of this, Donot give the authorization to use such T.Codes (Like CO13,MBST) for Particular user sothat he cannot perform. Plz discuss with your basis person.

Is it possble in ur case.
