Connecting SBO through VPN

Iam trying to use SSL VPN to access SBO from remote locations. In a test case I observed that it is exchanging 6-7 MB of data whenever SBO is started and loaded. Is this correct and normal ?

Is SSL VPN is a better option against Citrix or GoGlobal ?

Thanks nd Regards

As of my knowledge is Concerned, Citrix or GoGlobal would be a Better choice than VPN

It is normal. Using VPN for B1 is not supported way and not practical. Only Terminal Server and Citrix are two supported remote connection based on SAP documentation.

Thanks,

Exactly. Only Terminal Server and Citrix are supported remote connections by SAP Business One Product support.

Kind regards

Hi Gordon,

Is there any official SAP Communication or Note where they say Remote Connections other than Terminal Services or Citrix are not supported?

I need it to convince a client that does not want to use Terminal Services or Citrix.

Thanks for your help.
