Hello colleagues,
We had installed IF for SBO for HANA in cloud environment version 10.170.
When I test connection to company DB true B1DI I received the following error:
Connect to Company_DB(B1DI) failed
Detailed Information
com.sap.b1i.adapter.dia.exception.ConnectionFailedException: Connect to Business One failed.
(-132) Error during SBO user authentication
I checked the note 2029714 :
2.25 Connect to Business One failed. (-132) Error during SBO user authentication or (-4008) Login SLD Failed, make sure the server, company and user credential are correct
Root Cause
The value in the userName field or password field in the Company SLD is invalid for the Company.
In standard installations this user is the "B1i" user from the required SAP Business One Company database.
Solution
Ensure the "B1i" user is active and has a valid password for the required SAP Business One Company database.
If needed, you can reset password for "B1i" user from Business One Client and then use the same password in B1DI settings.
I checked the credential for user B1i and they are the same in SBO and in connection settings in IF. Could you give me another solution for this problem?
In same time JDBC test connection is work fine.
Request clarification before answering.
Hi Plamen,
please verify that the SAP user has no selected option "Change password on next logon", has the super-user access, his password never expires and of course the user is not locked in the SAP Client.
Another important option especially in HANA, the server name is case-sensitive. It must be written exactly so, as it's in the Landscape Configuration.
Hope this helps.
Best Regards,
Alexander Nosov.
