Hi All,
1) SAP is implemented 2 years back at client's place, company introduced new leaves, casual leave is with effective from 01.01.2012 for all the employees.
When i configure this system is generating for all the years, means employee joined in 2008, it is generating the quota from 01.01.2008
2) Paid leave is with effective from 01.01.2011, for all the employees who joined before 01.01.2011. For Employees who have joined after 01.01.2011, the Leave effective date is from the Date of Joining.
How to configure this, Please suggest me.

If your are Quotas generating through Time evaluation. Then through table V_556A_B you can achieve the issue.
From 01011900 to 31.12.2011 put as no generation, from 01012012 to 31129999 put as increase Mode.

For Casual leave, as you have suggested i have demited recrods in permit generation of quotas in Time evaluation.
employee joining - 01.07.2010
I have demited the records --> 01.01.1900 - 31.12.2010 (No generation)
--> 01.01.2011 - 31.12.9999 (Replace).
For all the employees who have joined before 01.01.2011, quota should get generated from 01.01.2011.
Employee who joined after 01.01.2011, the quota should generated from Date of Joining.
But the system is generating the quota from 01.07.2010.
Till 31.12.2010 quota record is not generating, but on 01.01.2011 quota record is generating from 01.07.2010.
Please suggest.
