Dear All,

I have a scenario like for a freight condition type i have put the value 100 and PO qty is 10.

Now when i am doing the goods receipt for different qty say 5 then this condition it is posting 50 rs as freight but i want to post full amount 100.

How can i get it.

When you inventorize the freight, it has to be proportionate to the quantity received. for ex. You order Qty. 1000 and freight cost is 100 USD and if you receive only 1 qty, how can the system inventorize 100 USD for 1 qty so its not logical.

Otherwise post it as unplanned delivery in MIRO directly without entering the frieght cost in PO.

you can enter your full amount in Miro unplanned delivery cos tin MIro details tab.

This is the standard behaviour. it will calculate proportionately, for partial quantities.

what you may be able to do is use a del type condition and do MIRO for the full amount in plan charges

Dear Ajit,

I am creating Po for 5 qty and putting cond type zzzz with value 100

when i am doing GR for partial qty 2 for the cond type zzzz it is posting 40 where is i want to post full amount ie 100
