Compensatory off

...Hello friends, I need to configure compensatory off for an employee sub group who work in shifts.Those who will be working in shifts are eligible for a comp off within 2 days from the date of attending shifts else it gets wasted. This is for positive time management and has to be linked with an attendance type REG. Can anybody pls help with the config doc?

Hi,

I hope, if employee works additional 8 hours (extended for more than a shift) may get comp-off. Anyhow, you can check the following

links for writing PCR and configuring absence quota with validity of 2 days (example shows validity of 60 days).

Hi,

My client wants this off to be named as roster off and it has to be linked with regular attendance so that the employee opting for this leave should get full pay during payroll run and it has to be displayed in ESS as Roster off without any quota generation with a validity of 2 days.
