Compa-Ratio and PIR Calculation problem

Former Member

Hi All,

In Compa-ratio and PIR calculation...if the employee has had no increase in pay last year..but the salary range is increased, in such a case the calculation seems to be wrong as it just picks up the begin date of IT0008 infotype.

Is it ok to pick up the pay structure date or the begin date of IT0008 whichver is latest??

Hi,

What about choosing an infotype 0008 record with an enddate of '99991231', the most current record. Or if you want to be specific to the fiscal year you could make a temp_endda being the period's year-end.

**this would be done in the comp management user exit: EXIT_SAPLCMPEXITS_003

grab from the infotype 0008 table:

SELECT SINGLE * FROM PA0008 WHERE

PERNR EQ _PERNR AND

BEGDA LE T71C4-PLEND AND

ENDDA GE T71C4-PLEND.

IF SY-SUBRC EQ 0.

...

endif.

Hope this helps.
