Commitment at the time of Service PR and PO

Dear Experts,

We are implementing PM module for one of our client, the scenario is commitment has to update at the time of raising the Service PR and PO.

1. 1. We are using budget from the Internal orders, but we will raise the Service PR for the maintenance orders.  We will assign Maintenance Order number in the PR, but once the PR is raised the system has to update the commitment value of the Internal Order. And further it has to update the commitment as per the PO also.

1. 2. At the time of Service entry sheet the system has to check the Budget Availability from the Internal Order.

Is there any functional module and BAPI available to enhance this.

Ex:- Please find the below example

Hi,

maybe it would be somehow possible to change the account assignment object atthe PO creation by using a substitution, however the problem is, that it is not possible to post costs to one order and to consume the budget of another order. This is technically not possible and would also not make any sense.
